Gate Parkway Professional Center
A 24,000 sf professional office building located adjacent to an existing retail center and the future Ikea store in Jacksonville. The building is a concrete tilt-up and steel framed structure with central common lobby space for the tenants. The lobby has marble tile and a modern stainless steel and cable handrail system. The tower elements on the building create a distinctive look against the single story neighboring buildings.
Montoya Office
Montoya office building, a 20,000 sf 2 story office adjacent to the Mayo Clinic, was designed and constructed in 12 months. DSAE provided architectural and engineering design services for the project.
Berkshire Hathaway Office
Morgan & Morgan – St. Augustine
Jax Refrigeration
DSAE provided the architectural and engineering services for the new headquarters for JAX Refrigeration, Inc. The project included two, two story buildings on their campus. The smaller building is being used for storage with a handful of offices and the larger building services as the corporate headquarters with offices surrounding an open community workspace. The buildings, located in Jacksonville Beach, have a beach-themed and feature large indoor and outdoor areas for the employees to gather.
O’Connor Development Corporation
10,000 sf mixed-use retail and office building in Fleming Island. DSAE provided architectural and engineering services for the shell building and the design of all the tenant spaces.
Marsh Creek Development
7,800 sf mixed-use retail (Trulieve) and Ansbacher Law office building in St. Augustine. DSAE provided architectural and engineering services for the shell building and the design of all the tenant spaces. DSAE has designed multiple Trulieve locations throughout the state.
Avecina and Coastal Medical
Two-story 20,000 sf office building in Middleburg. DSAE provided architectural and engineering services for the shell building and the design of the tenant spaces.
