The project is a new two building retail center that is 21,000 sf. The retail building is located on International Golf Parkway in St. Johns County. DSAE also designed several tenant spaces in the building including Parlor Doughnuts, Queen’s Nails, D’Zine Hair Salon, Anejo Mexican Restaurant, Coldwell Bankers, Coast One Title, Swing Fitness, and Flo’s Hard Ice cream.
